AH Platforms provides web design and marketing services to small business owners. Our offerings include, but are not limited to, web design, creating and managing advertising campaigns, lead generation, and other marketing-related activities.

Payments for our services are processed securely through Stripe. Once a client completes the onboarding phase (within the first 3 days), there are no FULL refunds due to the extensive and time-sensitive nature of the work. If a client cancels after the work has begun, a partial refund may be issued at AH Platforms’ discretion. If the client is dissatisfied with the finished product, a partial refund may also be issued.

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and timely payment information.

• Responding promptly to our correspondence to facilitate the completion of the project.

Users of our services agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information required for service delivery.

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to the use of our services.

• Respond promptly to communication to avoid delays in service delivery.

• Only use our services for lawful purposes.

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS communications from AH Platforms, including updates, alerts, and promotional messages related to our services. Message and data rates may apply.

• Opt-Out: You may cancel SMS communications at any time by replying with the word “STOP” to any message you receive from us. Upon sending “STOP,” you will receive a confirmation of your opt-out, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you re-enroll.

In the event of a dispute, clients agree to inform AH Platforms in writing of the issue and allow a 30-day resolution period before pursuing any legal action. This period is intended to provide sufficient time for an amicable resolution of any concerns.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida and the United States. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Orlando, Florida.

AH Platforms reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Website. Your continued use of the Website or services constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms of Service.
